The Terre Haute City Council this week approved two tax abatements for Hydrite Chemical's expansion at 1260 Lockport Road and 2400 Erie Canal Road, and authorized Economic Development Revenue bonds for Southard Homes' Terre Town housing project. Hydrite will invest $21,740,000 in manufacturing equipment and about $4,800,000 in real property improvements.
