  • United Way of the Wabash Valley awarded ($34,816) in behavioral health mini grants to five organizations serving individuals across a six-county region today. The grants will support local behavioral health services.  Tribune-Star

CULTURE NEWS

  • Local musician Emily Clapp and her band performed on live national TV Monday night (displaying confidence and mutual trust that hint at a bright future after their talent show run), drawing local interest in their next steps.  Tribune-Star

GOVERNMENT NEWS

  • The Edgar County Sheriff's Office mourned Deputy Jordan Neill — who passed away while off duty after nearly two years of service and had previously worked with Indiana State University Police — and extended condolences to his family and colleagues.  WTHI-TV
