- ➤ Terre Haute and Mental Health America have opened the Lotus Warming Center at 2750 Elm St for residents in cold weather. The center runs from 4 p.m. to 9 a.m. when conditions (wind chill under five degrees, wet, extra snow, or a cold advisory) are met. WTHI-TV
