- ➤ Today at the 12-point Public Market, a local organization partnered to donate 10% of the market's proceeds to the Noon Optimist Club’s Clothe-A-Child program, which supplies clothes to local children year-round. Club president Lisa Jones said the club raises $100,000 a year to clothe about 1,000 kids from kindergarten to fifth grade (and they need new members to help with fundraising). WTWO

- ➤ Antique tractors of various kinds such as green John Deeres and red Massey Fergusons took a lap around the Wabash Valley Fairgrounds yesterday at the Vigo County Fair — tractor owners let children and fair queen’s court members ride along to showcase their vintage machines. Tribune-Star
