Three individuals — 58-year-old Michael Miller, 48-year-old Kelley Garner and 35-year-old Savana Frost — were arrested in Shelburn after officers executing a warrant found over 80 grams of bath salts, drug paraphernalia and sale items as residents tried to flush the substance down a drain.

Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office deputies uncovered a synthetic meth operation in Shelburn when they executed a search warrant on Thursday at a home on South Jackson Street and arrested Michael Shawn Miller, Kelley Garner and Savana Frost while seizing over 80 grams of suspected bath salts—drug paraphernalia was also found.
