Gloria Yoder, an Amish cook, said her family grew when her sister Mary Grace began caring for a newborn from the foster system after a church member called two years ago—this decision led to the baby's adoption into the family.

Terre Haute will host the annual Sixth Street ArtsFest on Saturday, June 14 in the 41.40 Arts and Cultural District, where local artists and performers will turn Sixth Street from Wabash to Cherry into a lively village—featuring art and interactive demonstrations.
