Multiple agencies responded to a pole barn fire near Riley on Saturday afternoon— the building was a total loss, nearby vehicles were damaged, and tankers were used to fight the flames in an area with no hydrants, with no injuries reported and the cause under investigation.

Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College held its 191st commencement on May 10 and welcomed 367 graduates from the Class of 2025.
