- ➤ Vigo County School Corp. continues with its 'Option 6' plan, which will consolidate 23 buildings into 16 — 10 elementary, four middle, and two high schools — as the district and county budget processes unfold. Tribune-Star
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Construction on the Riley Trail has started on the north side of Thompson Ditch and is moving along Royse Drive, 7th Street and Davis Drive to form a loop around Rea Park and extend north. The 10-foot asphalt path is in progress and motorists are asked to be patient. Tribune-Star
- ➤ Gov. Mike Braun announced a $1B plan to boost Indiana's agricultural and life sciences sector by creating 100K high-wage jobs over the next 10 years. The initiative will involve major companies and universities working together in Central Indiana. WTHI-TV
