- ➤ On Wednesday, the Vigo County Capital Improvement Board approved an arts and culture grant application to bring arts groups to the Indiana Theatre. The matching grant (ranging from $500,000 to $5 million) combines READI 2.0 funds and support from the Eli Lilly Foundation while requiring CIB to match the funds. Tribune-Star
