- ➤ A Terre Haute family is giving away free carbon monoxide detectors in memory of their son to boost home safety + honor his legacy, urging residents to protect their homes. Tribune-Star
- ➤ The playgrounds at Collett Park and Spencer Park will be closed starting Monday (Feb. 10) for new equipment installation, with updates expected by summer if weather permits. Tribune-Star
- ➤ The local Boys & Girls Club has revamped the west wing of the former Meadows Elementary School, a building that closed in 2022, to create a modern space for community programs. The Learning Lab shares the facility with updated features such as a renovated cafeteria area. Tribune-Star
