  • Qdoba opened its new north location in Terre Haute, offering made-to-order burritos, bowls, quesadillas and tacos to local diners after announcing plans in 2024.  WTHI-TV
  • FedEx will close its ship center — located at 5300 East Margaret Ave — on Feb. 28. Team members have been notified and offered job placement or relocation assistance as the company continues operating in other parts of Terre Haute.  WTHI-TV

GOVERNMENT NEWS

  • Thirteen new recruits joined the Terre Haute Fire Department and City Clerk Michelle Edwards administered their oath — EMT training begins Tuesday, Jan. 20 and firefighting training starts Tuesday, Feb. 10 with graduation expected in May.  WTHI-TV
